Get to Know Me

I’m an aspiring Producer/Director who wants to gain experience on set as a floor or production runner with a specific interest in period dramas and historical films. I also have an interested in Production Design as I love how period dramas look as everything has to be specific to that time period for the film to be authentic. Also, as a Producer/Director, I believe that it is important for them to have an understanding of production design to help the creative vision of a film. Because of my interests, I have chosen to do both Producing and Directing module and Production Design module in my second and third year of University. Outside of University, I am a member of the Royal Exchanges Young Company where I get masterclasses on all aspects of theatre which can easily translate into film.

I have gained experience on two student films while on my course but I wish to gain work experience and/or an internship as a floor/production runner on a professional film set so that I get to know set life and etiquette.
